Chance of becoming more easily targeted/Evasion/Attack Power/Surety increase even further with skill level. Chance of cheating death/chance of becoming more easily targeted greatly decreased, and Evasion/Attack Power/Surety increase amount reduced, if learned by someone other than Shiou.
